ESR Sunview Logistics & Container Hub Groundbreaking

Celebrating a new logistics development

Zeno Event delivered the groundbreaking ceremony for ESR’s Sunview Logistics & Container Hub, bringing together the event planning, production and on-site coordination for this development milestone.

Located in Singapore’s Jurong industrial cluster, Sunview Hub was announced as an approximately 143,000-square-metre development combining a multi-storey warehouse with an automated container depot. ESR identified CEVA Logistics and Allied Container Group as its two anchor customers, with the development planned to become operational in 2027.

Making the project visible

Zeno’s scope covered the complete ceremony, including planning, staging and backdrop production, ceremony props, sound and lighting, VIP coordination and photography.

The event’s visual presentation connected the groundbreaking directly to the future development. A large branded backdrop featured the Sunview Hub name and architectural imagery, while the screen acknowledged customers, investors and development partners.

The ceremonial area brought together gold shovels, a shared sand bed and a building-shaped display of the planned facility. These elements gave participants and guests a clear visual connection between the ceremony and the project taking shape.

The collective shovel ceremony and group photographs placed the people behind the development at the centre of the occasion.
